Payment and cancellation options for individual reservations (up to 5 rooms)

For individual reservations of up to 5 rooms, guests can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. If cancellation is made within 24 hours or in case of a no-show, the first night will be charged. Payment can be made with a credit card or in cash (EUR only) at the hotel reception.

Payment and cancellation options for group reservations (more than 5 rooms)

Special payment and cancellation conditions apply for all reservations that consist of 5 or more rooms, which are customized individually for each reservation.

Smoking and cleanliness

Smoking is not allowed in indoor areas. When smoking, we will charge you a deep cleaning fee of 200 EUR. We make a special effort to provide clean rooms for our guests. In the event of major stains or damage to our property, you agree to pay a cleaning fee of at least 50 EUR – depending on the damage caused. Any additional costs related to the room will be settled during check-out.

Parking

Hotel Nox offers free parking for guests, but please note that parking in our parking lot is at the vehicle owner’s risk, and the hotel is not responsible  for any damages.

Housepets

Pets are allowed with prior agreement. The extra charge is 20 EUR per night.

Prices 

All prices include VAT. The tourist tax of 3.13 EUR per person per day is not included in the price. A rich breakfast is included in the room price.
