Hotel
The Nox Hotel is a boutique hotel with 34 completely uniquely equipped rooms, the Nox Lounge café and the Nox Interier furniture salon, which offers guests a unique experience of hotel accommodation. It is located next to the Ljubljana-Šentvid highway exit and is closest to the Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport. The hotel rooms were designed by various Slovenian designers who had full control over their work. Each room is different, has its own character and name. The hotel interior, well equipped with wood, and a diverse assortment of interesting interior design solutions, will never leave you cold.
The Hotel Nox and its architectural design promote the interior versatility and the main activity of the investor, Hit Preless. It succeeds in this mostly with two different motifs – the elegance of the front’s net in wood colouring on the black surface of reflective glass that reminds of Chesterfield, and the exterior cover of the hotel lounge bar and the showroom exterior frame, designed as a carpenter’s product. Both motifs are a constant in the hotel interior as well.
The combination of light and dark colours in the exterior architecture is present in the interior as well, along with cold materials complementing the warm to recreate a harmony of contrast. Materials used in the interior are mostly naturally raw – concrete, oak wood and iron. The Chesterfield and the squared carpenter design from the exterior are repeatedly incorporated in the interior, specifically in the lobby and the Nox Lounge ceilings, the bar counter, the reception desk and other detailed furniture work.

CONCEPT
Designed by various Slovenian designers
Our dream was to unite a furniture showroom with the service of a hotel – the furniture manufacturing company Hit Preless would include their products to the hotel interior and offer local and international furniture pieces for sale in the hotel showroom. We aimed for a reference object with various sample rooms to showcase the potential investors our different designing approaches and knowledge with furnishing hotel rooms. How to reach us?
Hotel Nox is located near Ljubljana city centre, just a short car ride away. Direct bus connection from the city centre will bring you to us in 20 minutes. We are the closest hotel to Jože Pučnik Airport (Brnik), which is only 20 km away and we are situated directly at the Ljubljana-Šentvid highway exit.
